With 20+ years of experience as an executive, talent agent, and producer, Rae joins Kerith Lemon Productions with extensive experience building and growing new business, client relations, talent representation, and creative development.

After chasing her dream of acting, Rae discovered her talent behind the camera working for E Networks, Ford Models/Aria Talent, Buchwald, Innovative Artists, and more. With a growing desire to be part of the storytelling process and her unique perspective on the entertainment landscape, she leaped into producing where she’s inspired by every project to dive into the creative process, organize teams to work toward a common goal,  elevate stories that represent the diverse world that we all live in and of course build a budget.
